Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. For phone payment by credit card payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods.  Where payment is made online (typically paypal or sagepay(protx)) then a full refund will be made without consultation should there be no stock. If an alternative is available then consultation should take place.

Online payment methods

  • - via sagepay (used to be protx) safest most reliable way to pay. instant feedback as to successful payment. 
  • - via PayPal will allow card payment should card type not be available on sagepay. payments will go to Trekwise Ltd the walkalotonline parent company based in Bridport Dorset.

Standard Delivery - Clothing and packets under 2kg
UK - We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 2 working days of your order. We normally dispatch same day for orders received before midday, and most orders arrive next day by royal mail.

Foreign delivery can be organised where the country is within the credit card checking protocol - USA, Europe.

Delivery - Tents and large packets over 2kg.
UK - these items are sent out by courier usually the day following the order and arrive within 48rs. we will try and keep you informed of any delays.

Next Day Delivery - for this we use Royal mail special delivery and UKMail couriers. Orders received before midday on a weekday will be sent out that afternoon to arrive on the next weekday. ONLY AVAILABLE ON PACKETS under 2Kg.

During Industrial action our delivery may suffer interruption. Where possible we will use a courier but they do not cover Nortern Ireland or the highlands of scotland. Some other postcodes are also unavaiable if a ferry journey is involved.

Saturday delivery - this is available through Royal Mail Special delivery at an extra cost. When industrial action makes this unreliable in England we can use a courier BUT this is very expensive £25.

Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

Exchanges
Where an exchange is required because an incorrect size was purchased in error, normally you can return the item in original packaging and a replacement will be despatched by return. Fashion items may be out of stock so please call first to confirm. Postage of returned item is buyers responsibility and one exchange will not normally incur another postal charge from trekwise but if more than one exchange is required an additional postage charge would be required.
